Cooking a candlelit dinner that’s good for you and for the planet too is one of the ways you can celebrate WWF’s Earth Hour. To inspire you, we ran a recipe competition and the following four LiveWell recipes that made it to the shortlist:
- Butternut squash & goats cheese salad
- Baked Plaice with parsnip textures & Puy lentils
- Puy Lentil Pate
- Fruity, Oaty, Spicy
These recipes were then put to a public vote and we are proud to announce Paul Robinson’s baked plaice with parsnip textures and puy lentils as WWF’s Earth Hour recipe competition masterchef.
